How to proceed.

Return or exchange by mail

1. You notify Dermat Medical Supplies of your return

• You send an e-mail to info@dermat.be
• state whether you wish to exchange or return
• In case of return, also mention your account information (IBAN & BIC).

1. Upon approval of the return request, return your product at your own expense to the following address: Dermat Medical Supplies BV - Ambachtenlaan 38 - 3001 Heverlee
2. You send back the product with all accessories, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging (within 7 days of sending the return request).
3. The package arrives at our premises, is checked and approved.
4. You will receive a refund to your account, or the replacement product will be sent to you if the above conditions have been met.
